UK Inflation - BoE behind the curve?

Data within the GDP release show the strong disinflationary trends in the UK economy. This piece argues that the BoE is probably cementing the disinflationary trends by keeping Monetary Policy restrictive.

The implications are important for the current pricing of the money market curve, as well as the spread of short end UK rates vs other countries, most notable those in Europe.
